Privacy

Health data demands serious rules.

An handles the most sensitive data a family holds. The following principles govern the product from its first line of code. They are commitments, not marketing language.

Consent belongs to the individual

Each monitored person gives their own consent and selects their sharing level: summaries only, urgent alerts, or full detail. Access may be withdrawn at any time. The family member who pays does not automatically see everything.

We collect less

We collect the minimum data each analysis tier requires, and we state plainly what a missing data source means for the confidence of a report.

Never sold; never used for advertising

Health data is never sold and never used for advertising purposes. There is no advertising directed at older users, at any tier, under any circumstances.

Protected in handling

Health records are maintained on established, standards-based infrastructure (FHIR), encrypted in transit and at rest, with per-profile access control and audit trails.

Honest limits

An supports early risk awareness and healthy lifestyle change. It does not diagnose, screen for, or treat any condition, and its reports recommend consultation with a clinician whenever a signal warrants it.

Export and deletion

Users may export their data and request deletion of their profile and its history. Pilot participants may withdraw at any time.

This page summarizes our principles for the pilot phase. A complete privacy policy, localized for each market, will be published before public release. Questions: [email protected]
